Primary job role

The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders in the organization to create and deliver solutions on time and within budget in support of a Clinical Data Hub initiative. This individual will oversee resource allocations, work plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• 1. Plan and develop the project tasks and needs, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage budgets, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of team members.

• 2. Thoroughly understand customer business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements. Prioritize the requirements and clearly communicate them to team members.

• 3. Work with teams to define requirements, budget estimates, scope definitions, and timelines.

• 4. Develop and manage project reports, plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing, communications, legal, and financial issues.

• 5. Prioritize work for internal teams.

• 6. Proactive risk mitigation and management

• 7. Perform and supervise routing and approval process for deliverables.

• 8. Create and set up tools and processes to facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.

• 9. Work with internal customers on identifying unresolved business needs to guide the team’s delivery on business goals and expectations.

• 10. Build strong relationships and establish trust with internal and external partners.

• 11. Create progress and status reports indicating project insights and success.

Requirements

• 1. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with a CRO

• 2. Familiar with SAS and CDISC

• 3. Project experience with any of the following: Clinical Trial Management Systems, EDC Systems, Clinical Data Lake/Hubs

• 4. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Reg, IT, Data management, Biometrics).

• 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
