Clymb Clinical is a US based startup in the clinical data services industry, providing open-source solutions to accelerate the clinical trial process. Clymb supports small, mid, and large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Design and develop programming algorithms in R, R Shiny, or Python and its ecosystem.

  • 2. Implement and develop R packages and Shiny app for clinical data processing and reporting.

  • 3. You should have solid analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to optimize data with a specific focus in the clinical and life sciences areas.

  • 4. Gather and analyze relevant data; identify trends, extract insights, and present your findings to internal stakeholders.

  • 5. Use data and visualizations (R-shiny) to inform business solutions.

  • 6. Organize data, analysis, reports, and applications into reproducible repositories.

  • 7. Provide technical documentation

Requirements

  • 1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in R.

  • 2. Clinical data analysis and Data visualization preferred. (Experience in Spotfire is a huge plus).

  • 3. Bachelor’s or Master’’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or similar discipline; with practical and academic experience in data analytics.

  • 4. SQL experience required, Data Visualization skills a plus (e.g., MS Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire)

  • 5. Effective written & verbal communication skills

  • 6. Demonstrated success in team environments.

  • 7. Must be detail oriented, self-starter, and have excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

  • 8. Ability and willingness to learn new concepts.
