Our group is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is a critical role and requires this individual to work onsite at our new Burlington, MA office.

This position is direct hire, no third parties please.

Clymb is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our inside sales, marketing and sales enablement initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring our sales team has the resources, content, and support needed to engage prospects effectively. The SDR will work closely with marketing to nurture leads, optimize outreach strategies, and enhance overall sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • o Lead Qualification & Outreach: Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads generated from marketing campaigns.

  • o Sales Enablement Support: Develop and distribute sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support the sales team.

  • o CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospects and lead interactions in the CRM system.

  • o Content Collaboration: Work with marketing to refine messaging, create compelling email sequences, and improve engagement strategies.

  • o Event & Webinar Support: Assist in organizing and executing virtual and in-person events that generate sales opportunities.

  • o Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to inform sales strategies.

  • o Performance Optimization: Continuously test and refine outreach tactics, ensuring maximum conversion rates.

Required qualifications:

  • o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • o 1-3 years of experience in sales development, marketing, or sales enablement.

  • o Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • o Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve sales engagement.

  • o Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

  • o Experience in a SaaS or Life Sciences environment.

  • o Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

  • o Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies. Familiarity with social selling and digital outreach tools.
