Our group is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a critical role and requires this individual to work onsite at our new Burlington, MA office.

This position is direct hire, no third parties please.

Primary job role

Clymb Clinical is looking for a Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should be coachable, eager to learn, and hungry for a career in sales. You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation.   • o Create and collaborate on opportunities with account executives and sales leadership.

  • o Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to collaborate on experiments and share learnings.

  • o Develop strong sales and product knowledge to create, educate, and qualify leads.

  • o Identify untapped revenue growth opportunities.

  • o Conduct qualifying calls with prospects to identify pain points within their business and effectively communicate the relevant information to the Account Executives.

  • o Sourcing pipeline via direct outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) based on our prospect database and your own research.

  • o Strive for daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals while providing an excellent experience for prospective customers.

  • o Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process.

  • o Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization.

  • o Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • o Bachelors or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

  • o 6+ months of previous sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in software or services.

  • o Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and building from the ground up.

  • o Comfortable conducting presentations effectively and professionally to various levels of management.
